Description

In the rural Oostwoud, near Medemblik and the IJsselmeer, lies the authentic nineteenth-century Patricius House. This holiday home for 12 people has a hot tub, massage shower, sauna room and attractive wood-burning stoves inside and outside. The spacious back garden borders on through water where a boat with motor is also at your disposal. The back garden is completely enclosed, so that children can play to their heart's content.

House layout

To speak of a fairytale-like environment may go a bit too far, but this old Patrician house is very special and has a lot to offer. A house where classical and modern almost have a marriage with each other. On the one hand the high ceilings with authentic ornaments, the "hunting room" (now TV / Lounge room with home cinema), the old piano (grand piano) to name but a few, and on the other hand the comfortable kitchen with complete kitchen inventory, the hot tub, the sauna and steam room, and for example a large flat screen. In short, a very special experience (220 m2 of living pleasure) in a very beautiful location (1000 m2). The garden is very spacious and fenced. You will find various seating areas and terraces where your privacy is guaranteed and of course the hot tub. Then there is the water where you have a motor boat at your disposal or where you can cast a fishing rod. The garden really offers an oasis of peace and quiet and you will definitely appreciate this.

Entrance, large hall with toilet, TV / Lounge room with easy seating and wood stove, on the other side of the corridor is the 2nd large living room with easy seating, wood stove and the piano, conservatory with doors to the front garden, very large kitchen diner with dining table and kitchen, from this kitchen you enter the garden and the utility room through sliding doors (including washing machine, dryer, steam shower, sink and toilet).

On the 1st floor you will find four bedrooms, 2 x double (1 x 1.80 wide and 1 x 1.40 wide) and 2 x twin rooms (2 x 1.20 wide and 2 x 90 wide), luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet.

On the 2nd attic floor two bedrooms with a double bed. bed of 1.60 wide and the cot and a double bed of 1.40 wide.

From the bedrooms you have a beautiful rural view.
